IAEM-USA Bylaws Vote - September 2024

All IAEM-USA Council Individual, Affiliate, Emerging Professionals, and Lifetime members are invited to vote on the proposed IAEM-USA Bylaws amendments. To pass, these proposed amendments must receive support by two-thirds of those members voting.

Voting Period

Voting will be open for 30 days beginning on September 23, 2024, and close at 5:00 p.m. EDT, on October 22, 2024. All members will be emailed a unique voting when the voting period begins.

Voting members are encouraged to read the information provided on this page and view the documents linked below prior to voting online, so that they know the specifics of the changes and the rationale behind the proposed amendments. Any feedback can be provided to the IAEM-USA Board via this FORM.

• Review the full text of the Memo Sent to Voting Members, which provides details about the proposed amendments.
• Review the REDLINED IAEM-USA Bylaws, which shows the exact text of the proposed changes.
• Review the CLEAN IAEM-USA Bylaws, with all changes incorporated.​

Questions

All Affiliate, Individual, Emerging Profession, and Lifetime members receive and email with a unique link to vote on the changes to the bylaws.
